You discuss and arrange your own wages, you are in charge of case management and don’t have to worry about a third party. This is much more economical option to choose. You can usually hire someone to work for you for about $10-12 per hour, as opposed to $19-21 per hour. And live in caregivers for about $100 per day, as opposed to $200 per day. All fees are 1 time and good for 90 days, if you are not happy with the caregiver, you may request a new caregiver for up to 90 days. |
